Thoughts are essentially your free will to think and make choices about your experiences
thought : the action or process of thinking : serious consideration : recollection, remembrance : reasoning power : the power to imagine : conception : an individual act or product of thinking : a developed intention or plan : opinion or belief in the mind.
My View...
By now you’ve probably heard statements like thoughts are things, and thoughts create your reality, and this would be true, however there are many others factors in the act of manifestation.
Your thoughts form your beliefs, your beliefs form your feelings, your feelings form your actions, and your actions then form your experience, and then the perception of your experience in turn causes another manifestation cycle.
Therefore you must be conscious and awake to your thoughts as they will ultimately determine your experience. This is why it is so important that you pay attention to your thoughts, are they coming from your God-Self, from Love or are they coming from Fear, your EGO-Self?
Because your experience is mental and there is a quantum connection between what your think and what manifests in your experience it only makes sense that you make it a habit of thinking the thoughts of what you do desire to have in your experience, and NOT think thoughts of what you don’t desire.
And because there is no limit to what you can think or imagine, and even if there were a limit it would simply be one that you mentally thought or imagined, feel free to imagine any experience and know that if you can imagine it and believe it, that you have everything within you to achieve it.

Just be sure that your thoughts are coming from love, your God-Self and you’ll be fine, and simply be aware when you are thinking fearful thoughts or thoughts of what you don’t want in your experience.
Einstein said “Imagination is the preview of life’s coming attractions”, therefore choose to imagine only those things that you do desire to have in your experience and you will surely attract that into your life.
My Experience...
As I began my journey (nearly a decade ago) deeper into the understanding of how we work and how we get the things we desire and in preparation for my second book and CD The Creation Equation I purchased and listened to a CD by Robert Stuberg called The Secret, this was years before the movie The Secret.
As I listened to this CD it blew me away, it was about the power of our thoughts, I was hooked, and I needed to know more. Now my adventures in personal development go clear back to 1989 when I purchased the Personal Power program by Anthony Robbins, but I never really fully got it.
Years later Robert Stuberg’s CD The Secret propelled me into a research frenzy and the most amazing things were happening to me. As I dug deeper and learned more, it was as if my body was going through a similar unfoldment or awakening as my mind was.
I literally felt the cells of my body screaming for more as if it was seemingly waking up too, in fact there were numerous occasions where I’d have to stretch and shake my body as if to settle in with the waking up of my body. Interestingly enough, and because I’m still digging deeper within, this same phenomenon is happening today as I write these words.
Not only have thoughts been waking up my body and mind but they’ve also been shaping my experience, and as I become more conscious of my thoughts and how they shape my beliefs, feelings and actions, I’m more conscious of how I manifest my experiences.
And now because I’ve taught the subject and have seen the effect that thoughts, beliefs, feelings and actions have on creating the experiences in the lives of others, I Am well aware of this powerful force.
The Simple...
Thoughts are things, they lead to your feelings and your feelings are the direct connection you have to your God-Self. They are the direct connection to what you experience.
As you become conscious of your thoughts, the beliefs they form, the feelings they generate, and the actions they cause to shape your experience you’ll discover the importance of maintaining thoughts, beliefs, feelings and actions that are consistent with your desires, and recognize when you’re thinking non-productive thoughts.
Something to consider about thoughts is sometimes it’s good to quite your mind and go to a place of no thought at all. Allow yourself either through meditation or simply relaxing to quite your mind and have no thoughts at all. If thoughts do come and they will, simply let them go like passing clouds in the sky.
Quite the chatter of your thoughts and listen to the pure silence of your God-Self, go even deeper than the silence, listen for the nothingness in between and below your thoughts, relax in this silence, this is where your God-Self is, and where healing can take place. Make it a habit of finding this place every day and the connection to your God-Self will blossom.
When you’re thinking thoughts that make you feel good, you’re thinking thoughts from your God-Self, otherwise you are thinking from fear, your ego or your story. Think thoughts that make you feel good and you’ll have more to feel good about.
THOUGHT - I Think Therefore I Am...
Maharaj teaches that the mind must recognize and penetrate its own state of being, "being this or that, here or that, then or now," but just timeless being. Beyond the real experience is not the mind, but the self, the light in which everything appears . . . the awareness in which everything happens.
This is the book for those individuals who've ever wondered why they and those close to them utter words and phrases at the same time or know what the other person is thinking before it is said. Thoughts are energy forms and each time you think a thought you generate a certain type of frequency.
